The Secret Life of Caterpillars

<sup>What is the world of caterpillars like? Are they shy? Will they get angry?
What do they like to eat? What do they like to play with?

The picture book does not focus on caterpillars’ growth process into a butterfly, but reveals the mystery of the caterpillar from a microscopic perspective and explores their interesting life.</sup>

<sup>Jam Dong is an illustrator who graduated from the Maryland University of the Arts with a major in illustration and has published many picture books. Her books have been translated into many languages. Her work features bright colors and varied shapes, and incorporates rich textures and brushstrokes.

From 2020 to 2022, her works have been selected for the Bologna International Children's Book Fair, and in 2021, her work was selected for the 64th American Society of Illustrators Exhibition. She has also won the 39th and 40th American Illustration Awards (Al) Award of Excellence, the 3x3 International Illustration Competition and the Special Nomination Award in the Golden Pinwheel InternationalYoung Illustrators Competition.</sup>
