Xinyu Dong’s picture book Little Dancing Lion won the Plaque Award at the 30th Bratislava International Biennial of Illustrations (BIB), the Gold Award at the 2024 Beijing International Book Fair Illustration Competition, and was named the 2024 Children's Book of the Year in China.
