The sun goes down, but the sky is still bright. The sky turns dark,
but the light in home is still on. When the light is off, the moon is
bright. When the moon hides itself behind the cloud, the stars are still twinkling...
No matter how time and space change, there is always something bright
and warm in children’s world, which is the mother’s love.
This is the posthumous work of Ed Young, who illustrated some
100 books of fairy tales, poetry and memoris, and won three
Caldecott Medals.
Qisheng Wu is a picture book author who has co-operated with many Chinese publishers.
Caldecott Medalist Ed Young is the illustrator of over 100 books for children, many of which he has also written. He found inspiration for his work in the philosophy of Chinese painting.
